Biodur aluminum-zinc spray enamel
Biodur aluminum-zinc spray enamel is an enamel with a high content of zinc and aluminum

Biodur aluminum-zinc spray enamel is an enamel with a high content of zinc and aluminum. It is used for anticorrosive and cathodic protection, repair, and decorative treatment of galvanized surfaces, steel products, and ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
It is recommended for repairing galvanized roofing, restoring galvanized profiles during installation, gutters, downspouts, fences, ventilation systems, air conditioning and piping systems, and bodywork and exhaust system restoration.
The key components of Biodur aluminum-zinc spray enamel include silicon-modified acrylic resin, zinc flakes, and aluminum pigments. It forms a durable glossy coating that is similar in color to galvanized surfaces.
The product provides corrosion protection and long-lasting resistance due to the properties of zinc, creates a galvanized surface effect (thanks to the aluminum pigment), ensures high cathodic protection, and is also suitable for processing welds and spot welding.
The coverage area of the aluminum-zinc spray enamel, depending on the layer thickness, is 1.3–1.7 square meters. The volume of Biodur spray enamel is 400 ml, and the color is aluminum-zinc.
