The Smart Fix sanitary silicone is an acid-based, one-component silicone sealant that contains an antifungal additive. It is used in the construction and renovation of residential and industrial buildings.

It is recommended for sealing and joining bathrooms, sinks, shower cabins, kitchen furniture, toilets, and for joining ceramic tiles. It can be used for both interior and exterior work.

Smart Fix sanitary silicone has excellent adhesion properties to clean glass, ceramic tiles, porcelain, enamel, most glazed non-porous surfaces, and anodized aluminum.

This sealant dries quickly and withstands a temperature range between -40°C and +150°C. It also has increased resistance to humidity. After curing, Smart Fix sanitary silicone is resistant to most modern cleaning detergents.

The product contains additives that prevent the development of fungi and mold. Due to its unique formula, Smart Fix sanitary silicone provides complete waterproofing and protection against mold and fungi, making it the ideal choice for use in sanitary rooms.
