The waterproofing membrane Mapeguard WP 90 Mapei is a flexible waterproofing and decoupling membrane made of polyethylene, coated on both sides with nonwoven polypropylene fabric. It is designed for installation under ceramic and natural stone tiles using thin-set adhesives. Thanks to its structure, the membrane ensures strong bonding between the substrate and the covering, guaranteeing the strength and durability of the entire system.

Mapeguard WP 90 Mapei is used in wet and damp areas of residential and commercial buildings: bathrooms, showers, hotel restrooms, pool edges, and small balconies. It effectively protects moisture-sensitive substrates such as gypsum plasters, gypsum fiber boards, and calcium sulphate screeds, as well as mineral surfaces like cement plasters, concrete, and cement screeds.

The waterproofing membrane Mapeguard WP 90 Mapei features high impermeability, excellent tear resistance, and alkali resistance. It reliably bridges defects and microcracks, providing long-term protection for structures and creating optimal conditions for tile installation in demanding environments.
