Zinc Spray Primer Biodur

Zinc Spray Primer Biodur is a fast-drying zinc primer with anticorrosive effects that also forms a decorative layer. It contains 98% fine zinc.

Zinc spray primer is used as a base for paints or alone. It forms a durable protective layer in areas of installation, welding, drilling, and cutting. It is used for painting metal structures, pipes, forged parts, hydraulic structures, pumping equipment, tanks, automobiles, and for maritime and river transport.

Zinc Spray Primer Biodur creates a coating resistant to gasoline, solvents, saline solutions, oils, mechanical and atmospheric influences. It withstands temperatures up to +400°C.

Zinc Spray Primer Biodur has high filling capacity, provides a smooth surface, and protects against corrosion. It allows for the economical application of the finishing layer.

Coverage area, depending on the thickness of the layer, is 1.5-2 square meters. Drying time is no more than 30 minutes at a temperature of +25°C. Density at +20°C: 0.75-1.20 g/cm3 (depending on the enamel color).

The volume of Zinc Spray Primer Biodur is 400 ml, color – zinc. The base is epoxy resin.
